Please review the following refund policy for our camp:

  • Upon completing registration, a non-refundable fee of 25% of the camp tuition and associated convenience fees will be charged.
  • If you request a refund before the deadline (one month prior to the original event date), you will receive a 75% refund of the camp tuition.
  • After the deadline, you can receive a credit for a different event in your area that takes place on a different date. Please contact us via email to request a refund.
  • Refunds are based on the original date of the camp.
  • Parties associated with the event are not authorized to change the refund policy or address insurance claims.
  • A coach's absence is not a valid reason for a refund.
  • Our top priority is to hold the event in a safe and pleasant environment for all participants. If weather or any other uncontrollable event affects the event schedule, we will notify you via email and website updates.
  • If the weather becomes an issue during the event, we will inform registered players of the new location as soon as it is determined. Please note that a change in location is not a valid reason for a refund.
  • Rescheduled sessions will be posted on the website and communicated via email. Refunds for inclement weather will not be available, and your registration will be carried over as a credit to the corresponding make-up date.
